Return and Exchange Policy

  • As all the products are handcrafted, any small variation in uniformity, color, and finish is not a defect. It only adds to the beauty and authenticity of the craft. We do not accept returns/exchanges in such cases.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. The product has to be exchanged with the other product from KEIYURA.
  • Return or exchange will only be accepted if the order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product for that please take a photograph as soon as you open the packaging. Notify us with an image of the product that has been shared at hello@keiyura.com within 2 days of receiving it. After analyzing the issue, our team will send you a confirmation mail or message regarding the same.
  • The end-of-season sale does not apply to products listed on the sale page.
  • End-of-season sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges once purchased.
