Q. 1 How are handcrafted jewellery pieces maintained?
Ans. Please do not keep the piece in an open-air environment. Store this in an air-tight plastic bag that’s clean and dry. In general, handmade jewellery should only be worn after washing or using perfume, hairspray, gel, or any other type of cosmetic. Avoid exposure to high temperatures and prolonged direct sunlight. Avoid using hand sanitizer, hand soap, alcohol, and other dangerous chemicals on your handcrafted jewellery, and don’t soak it in water if you want it to last longer.
Q. 2 What is the estimated delivery time?
Ans. Since each product is handmade and unique the delivery of the piece will take a minimum of 7-12 business days (depending upon the location). We ship only 5 days a week, weekends are off. No order processing on Public Holidays.
Q. 3 How can I track my order?
Ans. When the order is shipped, an AWB tracking number along with the link will be sent to the registered email Id.
Q. 4 What are the delivery charges?
Ans. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. All prices are inclusive of GST.
For International orders, Cash On Delivery (COD) is not accepted. The delivery charges will vary depending on the location. Prices are not inclusive of customs duty.
Q. 5 Are there charges for COD?
Ans. Yes, as there is an additional cost involved in shipping the item through COD, we charge a fee (Rs 99) for all COD orders.

Ans. Yes, KEIYURA does deliver internationally.
Q. 7 Can I return my order?
Ans. Since all our products are handcrafted We do not accept returns/exchanges in such cases and we do not accept refunds. The product has to be exchanged with the other product from Keiyura. Return or Exchange will only be accepted if the order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product for that please take a photograph as soon as you open the packaging.

Q. 9 How can I schedule a pickup for a returned/damaged item?
Ans. Contact us to initiate a return. Once you have requested a return, you will receive a call explaining the procedure. We’ll make it easier for you to pick up the item. If a pickup cannot be scheduled, you may send the item back through a third-party courier service. We pay the return shipping costs.
