Handmade Products
All our products are handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in color, finish, or minor irregularities may occur and are not considered defects. These characteristics add to the unique charm and authenticity of handmade products. We do not accept returns or exchanges in such cases.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Refunds are not offered. In case of a valid return, you may exchange the product for another item from KEIYURA.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of transit damage or incorrect products. Please click a photo of the item immediately upon opening the package and email it to hello@keiyura.com within 2 days of receipt. Our team will review and confirm the eligibility for exchange.
- Products listed under our Sale are not eligible for return or exchange once purchased.
Return and Exchange Policy For International Orders
We do not have any return policy for International Orders. So International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. By placing an order from us all international customers agree to these terms.
Pricing and Payments
- All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of taxes, unless specified otherwise.
- Cash on Delivery is available only for domestic orders within India, with an additional fee of ₹99 applied at checkout.
